Poj\u010fme si p\u0159edstavit z\u00e1kladn\u00ed fakta!\tCo si p\u0159edstavit pod pojmem kardioSportovci jist\u011b v\u00ed, nebo alespo\u0148 tu\u0161\u00ed, co tento pojem znamen\u00e1. Jde o v\u011bt\u0161inou pohyby, kter\u00e9 se cyklicky opakuj\u00ed f\u00e1ze, tedy b\u011bh, plav\u00e1n\u00ed, b\u011b\u017eky apod. Z\u00e1kladem je tedy fyzick\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce. Ta se prov\u00e1d\u00ed ve st\u0159edn\u00ed aktivit\u011b na zhruba 60 a\u017e 75% maxima tepov\u00e9 frekvence (TF). Tuto hladinu TF je nutn\u00e9 udr\u017eet minim\u00e1ln\u011b 45-60 minut nezm\u011bn\u011bnou. T\u011blo se toti\u017e zhruba po 40 minut\u00e1ch pr\u00e1ce rozhodne za zdroj energie pou\u017e\u00edt m\u00edsto cukr\u016f tuky, \u010d\u00edm\u017e doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke spalov\u00e1n\u00ed. D\u00e1le se v\u00a0t\u00e9to aerobn\u00ed \u00farovni rozv\u00edj\u00ed \u010dinnost srdce.\tCo je HIITZkatka poch\u00e1z\u00ed z\u00a0anglick\u00e9ho High Intesity Interval Training \u2013 vysoce intenzivn\u00ed intervalov\u00fd tr\u00e9nink. Z\u00a0n\u00e1zvu vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee cvi\u010den\u00ed prob\u00edh\u00e1 na submaxim\u00e1ln\u00ed (v\u00edce ne\u017e 85%) \u00farovni TF.
